Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

We guarantee that you will love your products if you don't, just let me know within 5 days and ill gladly refund your money minus any shipping charges. Please note buyer will have to pay return shipping, and a tracking number for the package has to be emailed to Ava and Co.. Custom made orders are non-refundable.
***LASSOS and OUTFITS, if you are looking to return a lasso or outfit, you MUST notify Ava and Co. within 24hrs or receiving the lasso or outfit. It MUST be returned within 48hrs. No refund will issued if the lasso or outfit is returned after the 48hr period, after the weekend has passed, or it's been used****
